The Itsy Story... "The Early Days"

Hi there lovely itsyreaders!

You might have known who we are from our previous posts. Well just to freshen up a bit, we are the part time baker and a beginner too. 

Ok, here comes the story of our 'early days' which were basically a few years back. Please take note that we are not a baker nor a cook. We actually hate cooking and do not have any interest in baking but you can say 'miracle happens'. The thought of 'why not if i bake a box of cupcake for this particular occasion?' is what make we fell in love in baking and decorating. On top of that, we are still falling in love with baking and decorating (funny right?).

After the first box of buttercream cupcakes that we made. Well 'itsymommy' has her own idea kept in her mind during all the time that the first box of cupcake was being prepared. Later, she actually made us bake and decorate a few boxes of buttercream cupcakes for the aunties and uncles. 

"Why not we bake and decorate birthday cupcakes for this aunty, this uncle, this aunty and this uncle. Their birthdays has just past or around the corner you know. We can also bake some cupcakes for the gathering at this aunty's house."says 'itsymommy' at that time. We were like "whattt!!!!"and then we were thinking "what does 'itsymommy' think? she knows that we just bake only one time. We repeat, ONE time!" 

As you all know, we already fell in love in baking and decorating by that time. But the fear of saying 'NO' to her is actually what moves us and suddenly, "BOOM" its done!

So, the 'this aunty' and 'this uncle' are actually our Ateh, Pak Ngah, Aunty Ana and Wawa. The gathering was held at Wawa's place. We cant recall what the gathering was for because itsymommy's family love to have family gathering now and then. Birthday gatherings, wedding gatherings, kenduri arwah gatherings, buka puasa gatherings, raya gatherings, gatherings, gatherings, and gatherings.

Hey, not to forget, even the family of 'itsydaddy' (Al-Fatihah) also loves to have gatherings! So, more gatherings for us.
