Itsycupcake's first baking experience was back in year 2011. We bake and decorate a box of simple buttercream cupcakes for personal celebration. From there, we start to bake & decorate more cupcakes in both buttercream and fondant for family, relatives and close friends. We made fondant cupcakes as wedding dowry for malay weddings as well. However, since we do have other full time job. We have to put our interest and passion in baking and decorating aside for a few years with "off" and "on" attempts and trials in baking and decorating (just for fun since "baking is fun" -trust us on this). Through out the years, we managed to also give it a go with sugar cookies, jelly and agar-agar (well the later two are not baked goods but, who cares, "No Baking is fun too" you know, it is still dessert).
Well, lets just say it is very hard to put our interest and passion away. So, around 4 month ago, we decided to focus on itsycupcake (although we still have "the other full time job" which we hope that we could be able to put a full stop on one day and totally focus on itsycupcake).

Furthermore, we decided to give it a try on fondant and buttercream cake as well. By now, we have made a few cakes and more are coming in future (we hope so...). Thank you for all of our "itsylover" (we just feel it is cute to put a nickname on our customers) for your continuous support.
Ouh yeah, fyi, we are not a professional baker and cake decorator. All this years we only learn online from youtube, instagram and other free online courses. Yeah...yeah...we know, we should enrol in a proper cake decorating class (we will arrange on this matter).
